You can purchase up to five cards in one transaction, per day. Only multiples of the same denomination is allowed in one transaction.
To purchase the Gift Card online, you can use your Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Laser, Link and EC Cards. You will need to supply the following information:

2. The recipient’s name, address, and telephone number.

The delivery will be dispatched immediately to the recipient using the Deutsche Post. Please allow 5-7 days for receipt in Germany. There is a 1€ handling charge per card that includes the transaction processing fee, delivery fee, and gift envelope and carrier cost.

It is important to keep track of your Gift Card balance so you do not try to make purchases for more than the amount remaining on the Gift Card. There are three ways you can keep track of your balance. 1) Go to “Manage Your Card” on www.WertheimVillage.com, 2) call the automated number on the back of your card +49 (0)1803 00 1193 or, 3) call Wertheim Village from 9am-8pm CET at +49 (0)9342 91 99 100 and we will look up your balance.
The value on your Gift Card expires 36 months after the date of purchase.
